1. Who we are

2. Data we process

• Account: email or provider identifiers (Sign in with Apple / Google) per your sign-in method.
• Subscriptions: status via RevenueCat and Apple/Google in-app purchase systems.
• Oracle profile: allergies, exclusions, meal regime — stored on device unless you enable cloud sync with consent.
• AI requests: prompts and context sent to our AI proxy and then to the AI provider (e.g. Google Gemini).
• Push: device token and delivery metadata via Expo/APNs when enabled.
• Localization: language preference on device.
• Diagnostics: optional crash reporting (e.g. Sentry) if configured in the build.

3. Purposes

Provide app features (chakra, moon, Oracle, subscriptions), stability, and legal compliance.

4. Third parties

Apple, Google (if used), RevenueCat, AI hosting and AI provider — only as needed to operate the service.

5. Retention

Local data remains until you delete the app or clear data. Server retention follows our backend policy.

6. Your rights

Contact privacy@lumina.app for access, correction, or deletion where applicable by law.

7. Children

Not intended for users under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
